ELiDOC recently completed the implementation of an entirely ''COVID free'' library on the Campus of Ancient Olive Grove in the University of West Attica.
The installed equipment is based on the latest developments in the application of RFiD technology in libraries and ensures completely contactless transactions to library users.
The equipment that the library now has includes:
The Libraries of Athens College (Central, Elementary and Kindergarten) are among the first to install Advance software that is still in operation since the 1990s.
The Library decided to switch to the integrated, AllWeb V-Smart system and the migration of all Bibliographic and Administrative Databases from Advance to V-Smart.
Supply of Integrated Automation Software, transition from the existing system with enrichment of records and completion of cataloging & marking of documents using RFID technology.
Supply of equipment, VSmart Library software and Radio Frequency Identification and Security (RFID) system.
The Library of Kalambaka, thanks to a courtesy donation, acquired an integrated automation system wich was installed on a modern and high-demand equipment and implemented a complete system of marking and security of the material utilizing RFID technology. ELiDOC undertook and implemented the entire project.
Today the library utilizes all systems and equipment in the most efficient way.

The Centre of Planning and Economic Research (KEPE) runs a special research library with a rich collection of Greek and foreign-language scientific books and journals in the social sciences with focus on economics.
KEPE was founded in 1959, two years later its library was established. In December 2006 the library was relocated in the present building. The Library’s important contribution to supporting the economic research in Greece is widely recognized for more than 50 years.
